At Prime Builders & Contractors, Inc. we serve as a Construction and General Contractor company for the industry and infrastructure in Puerto Rico, focused on meeting the expectations of all our clients.
Founded in 2010, under the legacy and extensive experience of the surveyor José J. Meléndez Cruz, who since his beginning in the construction industry in 1987, has maintained the same commitment for excellence through his performance and this commitment continues at Prime Builders & Contractors, Inc.
As part of our experience, we have had the opportunity and privilege to make our clients projects come true, working together with architects such as Thomas Marvel, José Marchand, Wilfredo Boria, Antonio Beale, Rafael Castro, Manuel Bermúdez and many others.
